50 Sewall Street / Dermatology Associates

Located on one of Portland’s most visible and highly accessible parcels along I-295, 50 Sewall Street because the first commercial building in Maine to achieve LEED Core and Shell Certification, and the first private-sector project in Maine to achieve certification of any kind.

Completed within the outlined 10 month timeframe, Ledgewood used it’s 40+ years of industry experience to overcome everyday construction challenges and deliver the project on-time to it’s major tenants, Dermatology Associates and Keller Williams Realty.

In addition to the core and shell project, Ledgewood also performed the 15,000-s.f. tenant fit-up for Dermatology Associates, who occupy half of the third, and the entirety of the building’s fourth floor.
