Ledgewood served as construction manager for this 212,000-s.f., 720-space parking garage in Portland’s East End for Riverwalk LLC. The structure also incorporates 5,100-s.f. of retail space on the ground level. An integral part of the developing East End waterfront, Ocean Gateway Garage provides parking for both the Ocean Gateway passenger terminal across the street, the adjacent Residence Inn by Marriott Portland Waterfront, and other various retail and residential projects in the neighborhood.
