Quarry Hill Retirement Community
Full continuum of care with upscale cottages and apartments.
Details.
The Quarry Hill retirement community was developed to replace the 115,000-s.f. Camden Health Center existing on the site. Ledgewood phased construction so that residents remained in the original facility until the new inn was built. Once the Camden Health Center was vacant, Ledgewood demolished it and began building cottages where the old structure had stood.
Offering a full continuum of care, the 129,000-s.f. inn has 37 congregate living apartments, 47 assisted living units, 24 dementia care units and 23 skilled nursing units, for a total of 185 beds. The residential environment is enhanced by the high quality of finishes with intricate detail.
Ledgewood also built the 29 cottages (independent living units) within the retirement community. The single-story homes have various configurations: single/detached, duplexes, and four attached units. The cottages and inn are located on a 26-acre site in a picturesque coastal village.
