Peter Benard

For Peter, being the CEO of Ledgewood Construction comes with plenty of responsibilities - financial growth, strategic decisions, hiring, business development and marketing initiatives are all part of the day-to-day operations. It also comes with plenty of opportunities – the ability to provide a supportive environment for employees and their families, to make every employee feel valued, and to shape the communities we all live and work in. With a Building Construction Technology Degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology, it’s no surprise that Peter is the driving force behind making Ledgewood Construction a leader in adopting leading-edge technology. Combine that with over 35 years of construction industry experience and a focus on providing outstanding customer service to every single customer, and you have a big part of what separates Ledgewood from our competitors.

Peter J. Pelletier

Some Presidents are comfortable behind a desk – but not Pete. He doesn’t just take an active role in day-to-day business operations, he also uses his 45 years of experience as an estimator, project manager, and preconstruction director to provide hands-on support to our estimating and project management team. Overseeing the preconstruction phase of each project, Pete has a focus on client satisfaction. He knows that this is the best opportunity to create a successful project that ticks all the boxes, and he’s built a reputation as one of the best in the business. A member of the USGBC Maine Chapter, he is always looking to build relationships with clients and peers, making Ledgewood Construction a trusted name. With his extensive experience, as well as being a LEED AP, Pete is always looking to provide guidance and pass on his knowledge to the next generation of Ledgewood family members.

Scott W. Clark

A familiar face for subcontractors and suppliers state-wide, Scott has worked closely with many of them in his 35 years of experience in project management. With a diverse background that includes an Associate’s Degree in Construction Technology from the State University of New York and a Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Scott recognizes that just because Ledgewood is finished with a project, it doesn’t mean that the project ends. He understands the issues that facilities management can bring in the long run, and looks for every opportunity for Ledgewood to go the extra mile in easing the transition from construction to daily use.

Peter J. Reynolds

As one of Ledgewood Construction’s leading Project Managers, Peter brings his 30 years of experience in the construction industry to every project. Working in positions from Superintendent on up, he has developed a great sense of what projects need, and how to make them succeed. An EPA Certified Renovator with a degree in Civil Engineering Technology and a minor in Environmental Health from Old Dominion University, he has a breadth of knowledge to draw from that helps to find hidden opportunities for added value in nearly every project. Working together with the owner as well as design teams, Peter is constantly seeking opportunities to collaborate and learn, helping to lead to smoothly-run projects and long-term relationships.
