This 36,000-s.f., 100-bed residence hall at the University of Maine at Farmington (UMF) offers suite-style accommodations with a kitchenette. Five stories high, it has a steel-frame structure and a brick facade. Construction was completed while school was in session on a tight site with existing dormitories adjacent.

The building is a steel-frame structure with brick façade and was designed as suite-style residences for 100 upperclassmen. The suites are designed in one- and two-bedroom layouts, each with its own full bathroom and kitchenette. Common space, including two lounges and study space, is available on each floor. The building also boasts a laundry area, game room and bicycle storage room.
