Lincoln Street Parking Garage

Ledgewood completed a 130,000 s.f., 396-space parking garage for the City of Lewiston. The garage was part of a multi-year contract between the City of Lewiston and Platz Associates — the architect and developer of this project, as well as the owner of Bates Mill.  The garage is located adjacent to the historic complex, at the corner of Main and Lincoln Streets.

The four-story structure was built with pre-finished structural steel and cast-in-place concrete deck. Pre-cast brick panels were added for the finished look.
