University of New England – Decary Hall Renovations

Ledgewood Construction was hired as the CM to work with UNE and the architect on the renovation of the existing Decary Hall into offices, meeting spaces, nutrition kitchen and associated areas. The existing dining rooms were converted into new offices for the College of Medicine and Admissions.

The work consisted of all new exterior windows, new trim, hardwood and laminated floors, alumni storefront, ceramic tile, acoustical celing tiles and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system upgrades.

This brand new spaces is a welcome change for the College of Medicine administrative staff.
