Completing the congregate living addition to the Atlantic Heights complex on-time and on-budge proved to be a collaborate effort. Implementing a true team approach to construction management, Ledgewood was able to value manage and re-design this project to reduce the budget by $2.3 million without sacrificing any programs.

The new building is attached via a hallway to the existing Seal Rock Nursing Center but is independent in resident facilities and mechanical systems. The building encompasses 80-units of studio, one- and two-bedroom assisted living apartments over three floors, as well as a full living and dining room, arts and crafts area, fitness room and indoor, heated pool.
