Cumberland Central Fire Station

Ledgewood was hired as the Town of Cumberland’s Construction Manager to complete the new Cumberland Central Fire Department’s addition and renovation.

The new facility includes a 14,299-s.f. addition and 2,995-s.f. of renovations to the existing apparatus bays as well as related site work and amenities. Two new apparatus bays were constructed. Also, the top level of the new addition includes a kitchen, dining and TV room, new bunk rooms, and bathrooms. On the lower level there is a community function room with kitchen which is open to the public when needed.
