Ledgewood served as construction manager for the completed addition to the Bessey Square area. Located next to the Scarborough Grounds Cafe at Oak Hill, the 9,200-s.f. building includes office space on the 2nd floor and the O’Reilly’s Cure restaurant on the 1st floor.

The upscale pub style restaurant is a welcomed addition to the area. The 4,200-s.f. area includes a 77-seat dining room and a 28-seat bar area. The pub has a concrete topped bar with a fireplace lounge as well as an exterior patio.
